Applying For Admission To Bishop Brady High School
Applying for admission to Bishop Brady High School is a simple, straight-forward process when using our new online application. If you prefer, you can print the application and submit it by mail. Either way, you'll be well on your way toward becoming a Giant!
The following checklist shows the items that need to be completed before your application is reviewed for admission. Only completed application files will be reviewed.
Records Release Form Completed
A copy should be given to your Guidance Counselor so that transcripts, current grades and standardized test scores can be released to us for review. A second copy should be mailed to us. Click here to print the Records Release Form
Personal Essay
Your personal essay should be no longer than a one-page, double space document with a 12pt. font. You can upload your essay right into your application online or print it and send it to us by mail.
Application for Admission
Your application should be submitted, either online or in print with your $45.00 application fee. The fee can be paid online as well through the application process. Your application is not considered complete without the fee.
Teacher Recommendation Forms
Print the Teacher Recommendation forms and give them to your appropriate teachers to complete. Please provide them with an envelope addressed to Bishop Brady so they may send it directly to us at their earliest convenience. Personal Recommendation Form
Give Personal Recommendation form to your personal reference (priest, pastor, coach, scout leader, close neighbor, etc.) Please provide them with an envelope addressed to Bishop Brady so they may send it directly to us at their earliest convenience. Personal Interview
As part of your application process, you'll need to make an appointment for your Personal Interview or a visit day.
Placement Test

Every year, four $1,000.00 scholarships are awarded to the top four scorers on the SSAT or Catholic High School Placement exam; two boys and two girls. The test must be taken before December 15th in order to be considered for the scholarship. This academic scholarship is credited toward the freshmen's tuition, should the applicant be offered acceptance and enrolls at Bishop Brady High School.
