For 2008, the Bishop Brady Giants will compete in Division V. Information about games and standings for Brady and their Div. V opponenets can be found at the NHIAA web site (nhiaa.org).
This football season will see the addition of a sixth division for New Hampshire football. This change has led to some re-alignments of teams among the current five football divisions. Of concern are the changes involving Brady. We will continue playing Bow, Pelham, and Epping. Returning to our schedule are our old opponents from the late 90's and early 2000's St. Thomas, Kearsarge, and Somersworth. New to our football program will be games played against Stevens and Trinity.
Division V football looks to be one of the most competitive divisions in the state of New Hampshire. Week in and week out, the division will provide outstanding match-ups and highly competitive football. Pelham is the returning 2007 Div. V state champion but perennial Div. IV powerhouse St. Thomas will be a favorite to continue their winning ways. Kearsarge, Somersworth and Stevens are also coming down from Div. IV and will provide a significant challenge to Pelham, Brady (Div. V state champions 2005, 2006), and Bow (Div. V state champions 2004). This should be an exciting year of football!
Brady Home football games are played at Memorial Field located on S. Fruit Street between Pleasant St. and Clinton St..
