Spanish Club
We are growing and this year has been very productive!
Previous years, we had a bake sale and movie night in which the film "Frida" was shown. We also had Salsa dance lessons given by professional dancers. Our booth served Salsa and chips at Fall and Spring open houses.
This year our bake sale was very successful and we are currently putting together a "Spanish Basket" to be raffled off sometime after Spring vacation. We had a great turnout for our Salsa dance lessons in the gym this year; in fact so successful, that we want to try to do it again before the school year ends. We'll definitely schedule it for two sessions next year!
In the future, we hope to plan a trip to Spain. (We must meet a minimum enrollment for trips, so start saving now!)
