Technology Mission

Bishop Brady High School is founded upon the values of faith, learning, and service.  Technology tools support students as they become critical thinkers, effective communicators, and good citizens. We believe that these tools will serve the diverse learning styles of our students, promote access to information, enhance communications and collaboration, and assure students are proficient in both basic and creative technological skills.

Service Requirements

Part of Brady's mission is the tenet of service. In fulfilling this, Brady requires a service component in the Theology Curriculum that seeks to establish a habit of service and an experience of a conversion of heart in giving of ourselves to others. A successful program allows the volunteer to connect with the people he or she serves and to understand the purpose and need for giving of ourselves. All service should be personal and should emphasize the preferential option for the poor and vulnerable. These principles are inherent to the Gospel:

Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, "I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me."… The King will reply, "I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.”

Matthew 25: 35-36, 40

Bishop Brady High School is returning to a 25-hour requirement for the 2022-2023 year. Summer service needs to be approved in advance by Mr. Bergeron.

Please email him details of your planned service and await his approval to begin.
