Spring Season Wrap Up

SOFTBALL

  • Head Coach Freddy Rivera, Asst. Coach Deven Goss
  • Finished the regular season 13-4, ranked 5th in the NHIAA standings
  • Beat Winnisquam in Preliminary Round 4-1
  • Lost to Conant in Quarter Finals 7-4
  • Lily Rivera, Jamie Cookingham and Caitlin Mallahan made 1st Team All State.  Aniecia Vargas made 2nd team and Abby Santis was Honorable Mention.
  • Lily Rivera, Aniecia Vargas, and Jamie Cookingham all participated in this summer's Granite State Games.
  • Cait Mallahan named Concord Monitor Brady Female Athlete of the Season

BASEBALL

  • Head Coach Skip Foy, Assistants Dave Afflick, Brian Verville and Dan Earley (JV Coach)
  • Finished regular season 5-11
  • Did not qualify for tournament
  • Max Lamora and Mario Fusco named to 2nd All State

Outdoor Track

  • Coaches Diane Morey and James Margeson
  • Sean Sullivan named Concord Monitor Brady Male Athlete of the Season
  • Chase Draus qualified for state meet in shotput, he threw a 2 foot OR in States and placed 5th. 
  •  Anna Grafton qualified for the 1600, and ran a PR at state meet and just missed placing.

Girls Tennis

  • Coaches Lee and Joan Herrington
  • Regular Season 4-10 in Division I (First year in D1) Sydney Herrington undefeated in singles.  Ravalika Demarla and Sydney Herrington undefeated in doubles.
  • Sydney Herrington won the State Singles Champion the second year in a row, beating Bishop Guertins #1 in the Semi Finals 6-0, 6-0 and then in the finals against Julia Chapell, Man. West #1 , 2-6, 6-3, 10-6.
  • Rav and Syd lost to Man West #1 Doubles in State Final
  • Sydney named Concord Monitor Girls Tennis player of the year (second year in a row)

Boys Tennis

  • Coach Chris Parent
  • Regular season record 0-14.  Did not qualify for tournament.

Boys Lacrosse

  • Coaches Justin Loring and Andrew Mattarazzo
  • Finished season 8-6 and qualified as the #8 seed in the tournament
  • Lost to #1 Hopkinton (eventual champ) 10-5 in quarter finals
  • Rich Sullivan and Bryce Johnson made 1st team All State, Craig Newcomb was 2nd team and Aidan Plumpton was Honorable Mention.
  • Bryce Johnson 61 goals this year surpassing the 100 goal mark for his career.  He now has 141.

Girls Lacrosse

  • Coach Kate Hohenberger, Asst. Coach Katherine Stearns
  • Finished regular season 6-8
  • Missed D III Tournament
  • Ana Carroll made the 1st Team All State and she was also named to the NH/VT game.
