Tuition remains the major source of revenue for the school’s operating budget and is adjusted annually. In addition to tuition, each student is responsible for purchasing their own dress code-appropriate clothing and textbooks at an estimated cost of $500.
A $500 non-refundable tuition deposit and completed enrollment contract are required from all new students. The tuition deposit is deducted from the total tuition due. Re-enrolling students need only submit their signed enrollment contract.
FACTS
Bishop Brady strives to make the Brady advantage available to any student who wants to attend, regardless of their financial status. In the 2021-2022 school year, approximately 50% of students have been awarded more than $550,000 in need based assistance. Awards range from $500 to $8000 per year with the average award of $4000.
To be considered for financial aid, a separate application must be completed online through the FACTS Tuition Assistance Program.
Regardless of need, all Bishop Brady families are required to create a FACTS account in order to make tuition payments.
Children's Scholarship Fund
The Children’s Scholarship Fund (CSF) provides scholarships for low-income New Hampshire families so that they may have a choice in their children's education, regardless of income or zip code. They are the agency in charge of administering both Education Tax Credits (ETCs) and Education Freedom Accounts (EFAs). Both programs utilize the same financial parameters to determine eligibility: 300% of the federal poverty level or below. Please use the chart below to determine your eligibility.
Education Tax Credits & Education Freedom Accounts
Education Tax Credits (ETC) Scholarships
These scholarships are provided to eligible families who are coming to Bishop Brady from a public middle or high school.
Application Deadline: May 6, 2022
Education Freedom Accounts (EFA)
Passed into New Hampshire Legislature in Summer 2021, this opportunity allows eligible families to direct part of their child's state education funding to pay for tuition and services at the school of their choice. Examples of services include tutoring and support, technology, school supplies, and uniforms.
Application Deadline: To receive 100% EFA funding for 2022-2023 year, the application AND supporting materials must be verified by July 15, 2022
We encourage current and enrolling families who may be eligible for ETC and/or EFA programs to apply for both. The Children's Scholarship Fund will determine if you qualify for both programs, either program, or neither program. The same application is used and you may indicate your desire to be considered for both. To do so, you will need to:
- Start an application by clicking the New Families or Returning Families button on either the ETC or EFA page
- In the Student Information section of the application, there is a required question stating "I would like to apply for"
- In the dropdown menu, select "Both Programs (ETC and EFA)"

The CMC Heart & Hands Scholarship is presented to one student entering grades 9-12 who has made a significant contribution or impact in their community.
Catholic Medical Center (CMC) has a long-standing commitment to caring for our community, serving more than 180,000 patients each year under our one mission: to carry out Christ’s healing ministry by offering health, healing, and hope to every individual who seeks our care.
Similarly, Catholic schools promote service as an essential component of their curriculum. Many Catholic schools engage students of all ages in service programs. Catholic school students learn that community is at the heart of who we are. There are no strangers, only brothers, and sisters in the Lord. Therefore, students have a responsibility to respond to the needs of others because we are all part of God's family.
Word-of-mouth and family/friend referrals are some of the strongest enrollment methods we have. Current families discussing the benefits of a Brady education can have a tremendous impact on the decision-making process for prospective families.
Current families are invited to refer potential new students and their families to consider Bishop Brady. Any referred student who enrolls at the school will generate a $250 tuition credit for the referring current student.
Rules and Exclusions:
- The current family must complete a Referral Form for each student.
- If multiple families refer the same student, the $250 credit will be applied to the current family who completed the referral form first. The Office of Admissions will notify you upon receipt of a repeat referral.
- Incoming students from St. John Regional School and Holy Trinity School are not eligible to be referred (due to our Diocesan auto-accept program).
- A student who has already applied or committed to Bishop Brady prior to receiving a referral is not eligible. The Office of Admissions will notify you upon receipt of a referral for a student who applied/committed.
- Younger siblings of current families in the Brady community are not eligible to be referred

Students from over 50 different towns attend Bishop Brady. Our hope each year is to offer morning bus services to certain high-population areas in an effort to ease transportation issues. We have two 14-passenger vehicles and one full-sized bus that can be used and parents/guardians willing to drive one of these buses in the morning can receive tuition assistance.
The 14-passenger vehicles can be operated with a normal driver's license. Special licensure is needed to operate the full-sized bus.
Parents/guardians interested in this opportunity should email admissions@bishopbrady.edu for more information.
